We are a couple specialized in enogastronomy and historical tours. Our journey began in a charming area in the countrysides of the center of Puglia where we love sharing our way of living with our guests, through the experiences we offer. We live in a Trulli-house, the traditional and typical houses, in the Itria Valley (a small area that presents a very particular and rich vegetation), near the Adriatic sea and the Murgia, the Apulian hill.

Here, in a small land we take care of our olive and fruits trees (figs, almonds, pommegranade, pears, apples, cherries, mulbery, grapes), we produce cereals during winter and vegetables linked to the season, artichockes and tomatoes in summer transformed in authentic cuisine, the same handed down by generations. Naturally rich of lemon balm officinalis, calendula, dandelion, lemongrass and wild chicory, we are implementing the presence of aromatic plants, like thyme, lavander, mint, rosemary, marjoram and other classical aromatic like pepermint, basel, sage. And we are letting populate the land with some local bushes or trees, like the blackthorn and the lentisk. Obviously, following an organic production
